Waiting list and contact
We store your email address, selected language, and optional project idea to handle your access request. For contact messages, we also store your name, message, and any phone number you choose to provide. Authorised team members can access these details.
Updates only if you ask
The newsletter is optional and separate from the waiting list. We record your choice to receive HontoFlow news and new articles from the Hontolab blog. You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing api@hontolab.com.
Operation and security
Our hosting service processes technical requests, including IP addresses and timestamps. To protect forms, we limit requests by IP address. The public website does not require a login cookie. The internal area uses a session cookie for signed-in users.
Website analytics
This website uses Google Analytics / Microsoft Clarity to understand website usage. These providers may process technical usage data abroad. A notice on the website explains this.
Access, correction, and deletion
We keep your details while they are needed for your request or the updates you asked for. To request access, correction, or deletion, email api@hontolab.com.
